Just perfect. Quiet area with beautiful views over the water. Fresh cookies from a lovely owner greet you. Rooms are amazing with modern usefulness in stunning wood furniture. Very comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer.
This is one of the most amazing and romantic places I've ever been in my life. The owner is a gorgeous woman, she treated us like queen and king, serving delicious, home-made breakfast in our room (which is btw facing the Providence River) with different heavenly cookies and sweets every day, baked fresh in the morning. The house itself has a lovely and cozy atmosphere and it's neat and clean too. As the bedroom faces the river, you can hear the calming sound of the waves, enjoy the refreshing breeze coming from the water and wake up watching the sunrise from your bed. What else one could ask for...
As a Cancer patient staying at this B&B was just what the Dr ordered. The view was relaxing, the room was pretty, the bed was great. Breakfast was amazing!! If you are handicapped ask for the Emperor Suite downstairs. The king Suite is upstairs and does have a walk in shower
An absolutely incredible experience!! So glad we found this beautiful place by the water to spend our vacation. The owner is a fantastic woman who goes out of her way to make you feel at home.
Cozy and private. Owner is an exceptional cook, baker, and artist. Wonderful breakfasts served in your own room or on your private deck. Easy to find with maps app. Beautiful view. Very quiet neighborhood. Can walk to public beach from here (or drive, ample parking on weekdays). Recommend to turn off the air conditioning and sleep with the windows open to be lulled by the bay breeze and calm lapping of the water on the shore. Would enjoy a return visit.
